Our Motto

Loving God, Loving People

Jesus replied, "Love the Lord your God with all your soul and with all your mind." This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: "Love your neighbor as yourself."

Matthew 22:37-39

Who We Are and What We Believe In

The Seventh-day Adventist Church is a global Protestant denomination with over 19 million members worldwide, including more than one million in North America. Our mission is to share the hope of Jesus, enhance quality of life for all people, and point to the promise of His soon return.

Adventists believe in one God expressed in three persons—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus, the Son, came to earth, lived a sinless life, and offered Himself on the cross for the salvation of all humanity. His resurrection on the third day secured victory and hope for everyone. After returning to heaven, Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to guide, comfort, and empower His followers, and He promised to come again to complete His plan of redemption.

We believe that God deeply cares about every aspect of human life. The way we live, care for our bodies, treat others, manage our resources, and steward the world around us all reflect our commitment to Him. Our families, our work, our talents, our relationships, our money, and our time matter to God—and we seek to honor Him through each of these areas.

What We Believe In as a Church

The Bible

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the revelation of His will for humanity.

It is our only rule of faith and practice, teaching the plan of salvation and guiding every aspect of the Christian life. Through its pages we come to know Jesus, the truth, and the path to eternal life.

What are Tithes
and Offerings?

In the Seventh-day Adventist Church, giving is a meaningful act of gratitude in response to God’s love and faithfulness. Through tithes and offerings, we partner with God in sharing hope, caring for people, and supporting the mission of the church.

Tithe is a biblical practice through which members return a portion of their income (typically ten percent) to God. These funds support pastoral leadership and the broader work of the church through sustaining ministry, outreach, and service both near and far.

Offerings are given freely and support the life of our local church. They help maintain our church home, strengthen local ministries, and enable us to serve our community in practical and compassionate ways. Please see our Ministries tab for some areas you can support, or see our weekly bulletin.

We believe generosity grows from the heart and looks different for everyone. You are warmly invited to give as you are able and feel led, trusting that every gift, large or small, is deeply valued. Whether you are new, visiting, or a long-time member, we are grateful you are part of our community and our shared mission.

If you would like to give, online giving is available as one of several ways to participate in supporting the ministry and mission of our church. Most donations are tax deductible.
